A medical aesthetics practice launching from scratch needed to establish clinical credibility quickly, present its treatments and retail skincare line clearly, and run changing specials without paying for a developer every time an offer changed.

An Astro front end with Payload CMS behind it, so the practice controls treatments, products, and the specials page directly. We shot and processed the practice's photography ourselves — treatment rooms, reception, signage — and ran it through Astro's image pipeline for responsive WebP and AVIF, so a photo-heavy site still loads fast.

The practice launched with a site that looks like the room it represents, and the owner updates specials and products without touching code or waiting on us.
