Usually, yes. We start with an audit to see what it is built on and what condition it is in, then tell you plainly whether maintaining it makes sense or whether you would be better served rebuilding. Some older sites cost more to keep alive than to replace, and we would rather say that up front than bill you monthly to prop something up.
