Questions about the estimate
It is a planning range, not a quote, and we deliberately show a range rather than a single number. It is built to be useful for budgeting and for knowing whether an idea is a five-figure or six-figure project before you spend time on calls. Real pricing depends on details no five-question form can capture, and those are free to discuss.
React Native and Flutter let one codebase serve both the App Store and Google Play, so you build most features once instead of twice. Fully native means separate Swift and Kotlin builds, roughly doubling the work. Native still wins for graphics-heavy apps or deep platform integration, but for most business apps cross-platform is the sensible trade.
Features that touch other systems. Payments, offline sync, real-time chat and custom backends all add meaningfully because each brings its own edge cases, security considerations and testing burden. Screen count matters far less than people expect; complexity is about what happens behind the screens.
No, it covers the build. Budget separately for Apple's annual developer fee, Google's one-time registration, and any hosting or third-party services your app depends on. Ongoing maintenance is also worth planning for, since apps need updating as iOS and Android release new versions.
Sometimes, if the scope is genuinely small or a web app would serve you better. A mobile-friendly web application often does the job at a fraction of the cost, with no app store approval and no install friction. We will tell you when that is the better answer rather than selling you an app you do not need.
Nothing automatic. You can email the breakdown to yourself and sit on it. If you want to go further, consultations and real quotes are free, and there is no obligation attached to either.
